Evangelism Class

Who do you know who isn't saved? What are you willing to do to help them? Pastor Steve will show you how to share your faith simply, effectively, and biblically. Featuring materials from "The Way of the Master" ministries, this interactive class will equip you to confidently lead people to a clear understanding of repentance and show them what it means to be a true and active follower of Jesus Christ.

In The Upper Room East. This class is $10 with pre-registration

or $15 at the door. Childcare is available with pre-registration before

Neighborhood Watchman Program

I am looking for 30 people in Torrance to be their block's Neighborhood Watch Captains.

The commitment in once every 3 months and

all you have to do is open your home for a

2 hour meeting that informs your neighbors

about the safety of their neighborhood.

The City of Torrance will offer all the support and lead the meetings.

Steve came to Hope Chapel in 1990 as a drug addict and gave his life to Christ after hearing a presentation of the Gospel. He then joined a MiniChurch and eventually became involved in the Singles Ministry where he met his wife.

He was hired as the Singles Pastor in 1997 and now serves as Associate Pastor, Pastor of District 2 / Torrance. He is also Pastor of Evangelism and Singles Pastor.

Steve made a commitment to evangelize everyday in 2004 and writes about these adventures in a short, humorous format called Evangie Tales. Please click on Steve's picture to read his web site.

His spiritual gifts include leadership, evangelism, exhortation, teaching and tongues.

Apart from ministry, Steve spends lots of time with his wife Karen and their two little girls, D.D. and Laurel Ann. He is also working on a Biblical Studies degree from Pacific International University.
