June 24th - Temporary wall is installed.

Phase 1 has begun! We received permits from the city of Hermosa Beach and have full approval to proceed. On Monday (June 29th), a temporary safety wall was constructed to protect our space from dust and debris and demolition of our restrooms and kitchen are underway. The temporary executive restrooms will be installed on Tuesday (June 30th). It will be located in the south parking lot along PCH, right under the marquee.
